Shipping Information


United States Orders:

In-stock items will typically arrive 3-7 business days after an order placement.  Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.  Volu-Sol uses transporation services with both UPS and FedEx enabling customers to choose the best option and delivery service at the time of checkout.

Hazardous materials encounter a hazardous materials surcharge when shipped.  This surcharge may be added into the cost of the item and will be noted on the product purchasing page.  If the surcharge is not added into the cost of the item, it may also be added as a separate line item charge on the final order and will appear on the checkout screen.  All hazardous material items will be packaged and transported according to the current Code of Federal Regulations, Title 49.  

Note:  Expedited Delivery for hazardous items will be packaged according to 49 CFR Regulations, and may incur additional fees due to altered shipping configurations. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.  Weather delays and other unforseen circumstances may impact delivery time.  Some items may require a signature for delivery.  For shipping-related questions, please contact us directly at (800) 821-2495.

International Orders:

In-stock items will normally arrive 5-14 business days after an order placement.  Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx International services.  Volu-Sol uses transportation services with both UPS and FedEx enabling customers to choose the best option and delivery service at the time of checkout.

Hazardous materials encounter a hazardous materials surcharge when shipped.  This surcharge may be added into the cost of the item and will be noted on the product purchasing page.  If the surcharge is not added into the cost of the item, it may also be added as a separate line item charge on the final order and will appear on the checkout screen.  All hazardous material items will be packaged and transported according to the current IATA regulations.

Lost or Damaged Goods:  In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing or by email by filling out the web form (Lost/Damaged Goods Claim Form) immediately.  Receiving agent must show “in writing” any package received damaged or short, and file a claim within twenty four hours.  Package should be left as was received or photographed in the event that a freight company representative is dispatched to inspect damage.  After inspection, a claim number will be assigned. After an inspector assigns a claim number, Volu-Sol will ship replacement good(s) if necessary.
